Thin grey cloud here this morning. Had a lovely sunrise.
I sold one of my bikes last night! It was a Cannondale Synapse.

Walk travelled under clear blue sky had to reach for a fleece.
First cuppa brewing.
Uncle Ernie is not arriving until tomorrow

Good morning from a bright and sunny Suffolk where it's also a lot less breezy than yesterday. Coffee has been had after an unwanted early start thanks to a poor night's sleep.

Later on this morning I'll be putting a bike into the boot of the car and heading off to Diss for a few hours riding out to Thetford and back for this month's 50k challenge. Once done I'll pick up something for tea at the Aldi opposite the car park and stop off on the way home to get a tank of diesel in advance of a mid-month weekend away at Silverstone.

A breezy day of showers to start the new month here. The festival has finished, the state schools have been back for nearly three weeks, we’re probably just a few weeks away from switching on the central heating.

Oh! I thought that I would try to maximise the number of people who might see my bike for sale on FBMP and thought I would join other groups. I was refused by 2 sites as I hadn't answered their questions! The reason why was there weren't any! All it had was a box with join on it!

Sort of busy day.Out for lunch,then an hearing aid appointment,they say they have not seen me for three years,i wonder who went in January cos i have an hearing aid appointment on the house calendar.Then got to get some flowers for Mrs P ,what a swap that is,it's her birthday tomorrow.Out tomorrow also,where though i have no idea.

Escaped the showers riding to the gym returning via the library this morning. Hoping to repeat the feat this afternoon when I have to pick up my bike from the repair shop. Forecast looks against me.
