Good old Nhs.they were going to give me new aids.Until he asked what model i had,i told him.Oh well let's book this in for a check up.So they boosted my aids and that was that,so for some reason they did not know i had up to date ones,bless em.

Have now picked up my repaired bike and got back to the house still dry, surprising given the forecast.

My working day is drawing to a close .
Just been discussing something with someone and I am not sure how I should have answered the questions involved but I answered them with my parents hat on seeing as a junior was involved in the questions

A very good morning & afternoon have been had in South Norfolk. Just under three hours of riding the lanes in a loop from Diss to Thetford & back enjoying the sunshine and watching the countryside pass by.

Since getting home coffee and a shower have been had and I will be heading into the kitchen in a little while to do a well earned burger & chips for tea.

I had to go and collect our prescriptions from the chemist this mo so I took the Cannondale to give it a test run. I had forgotten how smooth the ride was. My friend's son came and picked it dinner time so it has gone to a good home.

Lunchtime BT and it seems to be one of the better ones with no mark showing..

Evri have just delivered a case for the new Garmin which appeared to involve a lot of searching of the vehicle for.

New bamboo screen ordered for the dividing fence as the existing is breaking up.

What mundanity have I missed? My head has been fried with work nonsense and I had been trying to reduce my time spent online.

Life has been pretty mundane. Some walking, some cycling and a little tour last weekend to the west.

I'll be heading to Islay on Friday for a long weekend. Naturally the weather forecast is for rain ☔
