Stand out hidden stuff was the previously mentioned Ash sick thing and I think the Second Coming by Stone Roses had something like 99 hidden silent tracks on it, which meant 'shuffle playing' wasn't an option.
My car has a six disc changer which means I still use select cd's, though most are in the loft now. I buy a reasonable amount still on vinyl still and use Spotify for convenience.
