I don't get any spam e-mails like that, but then I don't visit porn sites, so I wouldn't.

Just delete it and get some decent anti-spam software installed (if not already).

I get a bit of junk mail these days but not as much as I used to. I reckon Svetlana & all those nice Russian ladies waiting to hear from me got bored.....
