WooHoo! had a tail wind on the way in this morning and I've just checked the wind socks at Blackpool Airport and the winds changed - fast ride home only trouble is looks like its going to persist it down!

Was a head wind on the way home, but did get a half day...just about to start the BBQ, and the thunder clouds are rolling in... hopefully they will pass over !

Did my second trip home yesterday, head wind most of the way but took 2 mins longer. No cramp though so it's all good.

Just wish i was in the office more often so i could get into a routine.
