Hi all, thought i would start a thread about my newly aquired Moulton f frame,highly modified in the early 80s i believe.My knowledge of componentry is still in its early stages,ive managed to identify some of the parts fitted,and was hoping some of you knowledgeable types could advise wether they are any good etc :-)
Ive attatched a couple of pics of it,whoever built it clearly knew what they were doing.
Its fitted with:
strong light 49d crank set,
ta chain ring,
suntour rear mech with three sprockets on a 4spd hub,
lyotard berthet pedals,
cinelli bars and stem,
brooks b17 saddle,
weinmann 730 brakes,
brazed on bottle holder mounts,
alloy 17"AM rims,
alloy seat post and alloy carrier strut,
series 2 rear forks etc.
Plans are to give it a good service and try to source some tyres then see what it rides like :-)
