Love the honey Brooks on the carbon seatpost. I had in mind to do similar, but not sure if it worked. It certainly does !

Not so sure about the stack of spacers under the stem .. 50 mm? Or is that purely temporary whilst you decide on final position?

The spacers will be kept there as it was more to do with sizing of the bike, having been out for a quick 50k today i will have to
change the stem for a shorter one as i felt as though i had to much weight on the bars, but even with that i still enjoyed the overall feel of the bike.

Very nice Jim, does it match the titanium in your replacement knee?!

When do we get to see it in the flesh - bearing in mind my 2nd child is due any moment, so you'll have to ride to Stirling!

None in the knee yet, i have however got 6 one inch titanium screws and one meter of wire holding my spine up (i'll show you the scar next time we meet) so you could say i'm a bit of a titanium fan,

If the weather's nice at the weekend i may pop over the "Tak" for a bit of light excercise, just make sure you've got some cakes in.

Good stuff, I'll get the GLW baking so long as she's not popped by then! I did the Tak 2 wks ago with the bike club - awesome view to Arthur's seat, Bass Rock looking east, then all the way down the Clyde looking west. Fantastic.
