It's pure, it's simple, and I like it.
The night before you want to eat it:
Put a serving of oats in a bowl (I eat a lot, so I put quite a lot in).
Add enough water to cover yer oats.
Put a plate/saucer on top (so no flies can shoot in it)
In the morning, microwave it for 1 minute.
Take it out and stir it.
Microwave it again for 30 seconds.
Stir it up.
Add a bit of milk. Sugar to taste. Natural yoghurt if you so fancy.
Hey presto! A quick and nutritious breakfast, requiring a modicum of organisation. Luvvly jubbly!
