So - going to need new tyres and possibly new innertubes.
I have put the bar tape from my road bike onto this when I replaced the tape on my road bike.
Mudguards will be removed, and there is slight damage to the rims....though I reckon I can simply bend these back with no repercussions.
I also need to get a new seatpost (I think a 26.0mm, 350mm long will do) .... aiming to do this on the cheap so need to get scouring the skip I guess.
Aiming for less than £50 (tyres, brake pads, seat post, possible innertubes) - especially as I wrote the frame off on my summer bike, so that needs replacing.

If your going to try and re-use bar tape, be very very very careful at getting it off.
Ive only ever managed to get the Charge bar tape i have off without ripping it. Every other bar tape, no matter how careful i was, ended up getting a little rip in, or just ripping off altogether.
