Nice bike but I think that the term "road bike" is probably a breach of the trades description act :welcome:

I ampuzzled by those mud guards. Seen frequently elsewhere also. Do they really make a difference with mud or water??? I have a "city bike" and just fitted traditional mud guards and they definitely keep you dry, about an inch or less from the tyre surface.

Yea they do their job. Before I got them installed, in the rain my face would be covered in mud, my saddle and my top tube, down tube, everything. But now its just the forks, a bit of the down tube and the bottom of the back wheel mounts oh and the pedals.

Same reason I use them mud guards, my bike is the 20" version also, Halfords don't do my bike anymore though.

I only got this bike as an xmas present off the missus. Money is tight at the moment, for me at least, she earns like 3 times as much as I do hehe
