..............and my life got better. :okay:

I went back to my old Nokia E71 and started looking at replacements, but then I thought about it, the battery lasts all week, it's small & slim (comparatively) and I've got more time, because I am not looking at mindless vids and vacuous Whatsapp messages and interminable weather/traffic/news prompts.

Going to see how it goes but at the mo', I am missing nothing.

Ah, you've escaped the body snatchers! Welcome.

Although, isn't the E71 still an early smartphone?

I'm at about 1 charge every three weeks on my Samsung GT2710. In could let it go beyond a month, but don't like to let it get too low.

I had 2 far older, Samsung flip phones but they needed some sort of code to reactivate them, plus, the E71 is really easy to type on, far faster than my smart phone. Not for days has MrsF said "What are you watching now"? and I'd think "Yeah, WTF am I watching? Roadrage moto madness, worlds funniest cats etc
