Those aren't real - just filler. In fact more filler than my rusty VW Beetle had.

How ridiculous, it looks terrible. Anyway I still prefer soft and cuddly over a six pack, real or not.

I have abs, wouldn't quite call them six pack. Problem is I look like that. Big belly abs like body builders but without the muscles. Looks ridiculous.

Ha, he looks like stretch armstrong! Utterly ridiculous, I know guys in the gym 50+, trying to get six packs, it's a wacky world we live in.

My son doesn't do any of that abs building stuff / reps etc. Just once a week he does a 20 minute 'Doug McDuff session' and is completely drained! I think he has nice abductors, but lacks the pink hair.

And, of course, this is coupled with the bulletproof coffee regime (I can do this bit!)

Next time around, I'm going to ask for abs...it will help me with washing my shirts etc...

I used to have a very well defined "six pack" when I was (a lot) younger.

Unfortunately the six pack would be more accurately described as the lurpak these days
