clearly its a line, and the line is how much money does the met bother spending on the case.. I know what you mean, but it just seems again, that people who dont follow social code frankly "get away" scot free..Well in law you're not obliged to answer police's questions, and that's a principle I'm very wary of getting rid of. So he was asked who the passenger was, and replied "no comment" which he is entitled to do.
