I see it is not tarmac from the google road cam but it is hardcore from the looks of it and there is no issue pushing a bike along this section (very short section). -
look at the satelite images for Rockingham close where it is at its nearest to School Lane on that 90 degree bend where it becomes Silver Lane pedestrians can get through. The estate was full of these routes when we went around it back in July last year. We were looking at a house on the very outer edge which was basically on one of these routes...
yep that's the one - has it got that bad? makes me glad I didn't move there! chose the end of a single track lane in the countryside instead. just have to wash the bikes every single time I use them instead!If we mean the same path, then I use it every weekday, twice and it's a quagmire
