I have been looking for a new bearing but it seems impossible to find, my original is id35xod46.8x7 45 45, and the closest i can find is id34, is this too small? and what problems would i encounter with it, i don't want to buy a complete set which has bung, top cap, dust seal cap, upper and lower bearing, bike is a Cannondale supersix evo 105, i have already done top bearing and better bung.

Location
Loch side.
That is a proprietary bearing and not available from industrial bearing suppliers. Available from Cannondale without having to buy an entire headset. Enduro once attempted to copy Cannondale bearings but got their sizing wrong. You may want to look them up now. Perhaps they've had a rethink about it.

The problem is the Crown Race which from Googled pics appears to have been designed for the wider ID bearing.

The replacement bearing MIGHT fit but there are no guarantees and anyway it would sit higher than the current bearing and have less contact area.

You could replace the crown race and the bearing which if properly selected would solve the problem.

There are so many variables I would be inclined to see if the LBS can help.

I have cleaned and replaced grease but still not right, i also thought about replacing the crown race and get a bearing to fit that, i just have to find one of the same inside diameter.

The Cane Creek Headset Finder https://www.canecreek.com/headset-fit-finder
gives your crown race seat (the thicker area at the bottom of the steerer) as 33mm - if so this would fit well as it hasn't got the shoulder of the existing one so the replacement bearing should fit.

I have had another look and the crown race design seems to have changed - it depends what year your bike is. You could get in touch with Qwerty's and see if they are getting any more separate bearings in

Its this one 2014 http://road.cc/content/review/113257-cannondale-supersix-evo-6-105-road-bike, i contacted Enduro and they have 37x46.85x7 45/45

37mm ID is no good.

I think that for 2014 bike the original eBay option ( http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Headset-B...467726?hash=item3aa4e35f8e:g:Mn4AAOSwLVZVtT-~) would work. Can you can check the diameter of the crown race at the top of the angled bit? - if it is less than 34mm it should be ok. The bearing will sit a tad higher so the gap between the forks and the headtube will be fractionally bigger.

If the existing bearing has a gap to the wall of the cup then a slightly larger bearing will fit - in that case consider this

Accountantpete you have been busy, i would never of spotted those on ebay and very glad you did and hats off to you, i measured directly above the crown race and it measured 33mm, and with the original bearing placed in on its own and there is about 0.75mm clearance between bearing and the inside wall of the frame and the depth of the inside wall to the edge of 45 degree face is 8mm and has 1mm clearance between the head tube and the fork, i took some photys best i could and be found here, http://s1177.photobucket.com/user/andsaw/library/Lower heaset bearing, so would the

Yes - there seems to be to be plenty of clearance. That bearing will sit a tad lower (as the 45 angle starts from 35.1mm instead of 35mm) - I don't think it will cause trouble as you have a 1mm gap and if it did you could always pop a washer under the crown race to raise its height a bit.
