Need hoods

Hi CCers, I've pretty much completed my single speed build, using an old Raleigh 14speed, one thing I'm having trouble with is the Shimano Exage brake levers, they are in great condition but the hoods are not, they are White(ish) and torn, I'm reluctant to totally replace them with tektro or similar, ideally I want to keep the originals and replace the hoods keeping with White.

So, anyone out there know of any replacements or some generic ones, they are a nice little lever with under tape cabling...

Please help!
