I replaced the chain & cassette about 600 miles ago so I’m guessing that this might be the problem

:welcome: Those teeth look perfectly OK, so 'no' you will not benefit from a new chainset (ie crankset with chainrings).
Care to describe what you mean by "skipping"? A new cassette and chain only 1000km ridden will not have worn and elongated the chain to the extent of slipping.

Not so sure now on the big ring .... some teeth look really nuked?

It’s hard for me to describe , it’s just not shifting properly

Gears slightly out of alignment ?

@cougie uk you are spot on I think. The replacement cassette probably isn’t sit exactly in the same mm position as the previous one and the mech will need trimming to take up the slack and fix the slipping gears.

Has the chain been 'misbehaving for 1000km (since cassette and chain changed)? @cougie uk could indeed be 'spot on', but we need the answer to my Q from the OP (ref slip/skip). Rather doubt @bikingdad90 's suggestion of causation. More likely ferrule finally seated or clamp slip. A 10sp cassette sits in precisely the same alignment as its predecessor: to a minute fraction of a mm.

Share it then!
But: "what chain and cassette did you fit?" OP: "I had the bike shop do it". Well get your LBS to index it satisfactorily, then.
"Excuse me; I'm afraid the chain and cassette you kindly fitted for me isn't indexed quite right and the chain is skipping from one sprocket to the next, without shifter input."
Disconnect the cable and move the derailleur across by hand and see if it is aligned under the high and low sprockets. If it doesn't adjust the Hi-Lo screws until it does.
Remove the cable and feed in a new one remembering to grease it beforehand. Put the chain onto the smallest sprocket (largest front) and tighten the cable by hand after screwing in the barrel adjuster all the way then out a couple of turns. Ensure the shifter is in high (small sprocket) gear.
Rather than explain the process it will be easier for you to follow this video.
