Jim, along with your 'other' medication this is not the best idea! ;)

BTW you should only use them supplements when you cant get the goodies from proper foods, some people actually exceed nominal levels by taking them too often.

I will retract that post then.

JFI, My cholesterol measurements have been between 4.0 and 4.2 since 1986.
My latest, in July this year was 4.16.

I had my last ECG and full abdominal scan in May this year and my Radiologist gave me the AOK to keep doing the 220 - age sessions in the gym. ( that's 100% MHR to some people, 170 BPM to me ).

The piccies are from my most recent suppliers ( in the Channel Islands ).

You may say I'm wasting my money, but as far as I'm concerned, looking at my scan, my cardiac arteries are 'as clear as a bell'....

I'm not going to stop right now after 23 years of healthy living :thumbsup:
