I'm certain of his last registered UK address but not his whereabouts. He could be anywhere in Europe.

Out of curiosity was his last known UK address down Basildon way.

Have the address of one Norman Gradon in Durham.

Make a complaint at your local nick, The 'crime' will have to be recorded, and in theory he should be spoken to if necessary under caution, in order to give an account.

Yes, that's his father in Durham. I have spoken with him, he's quite elderly and has almost lost contact with his son.

What have you found in Basildon?

I have reported it to my local Plod but they're not interested because the crime took place outside Britain. I bet if they looked up his name they'd find something on him.
