With the extra pics and info (especially from Will, thanks for that - couldn't remember properly how they'd engineered the 9,10,11 differences at the chainring) everything should match. There were 10 speed triples around for quite a while and they're good stuff if you want a square taper BB. It's definitely a long rear mech so that's OK - hard to tell from the photo if the hanger is bent. Looks OK to me but it would do no harm to get it checked if you've got shifting problems.
So, my view would be with the other posters - it just needs adjusting properly. The QS ergos will work the non QS mech but you'll need all the cable pull from the shifter so this need adjusting carefully. Chorus QS shifters didn't have the 'Escape' feature that tried to index the front mech so this is one less issue.
