Hi, I think I have decided to try and fix up old bike, probably more expensive, but have grown quite attached to as it was my first road bike and the frame is still in really good nick. I'm sure your bike will sell quickly, if not I will keep an eye out for it, I have been known to change my mind about things and it often takes me a while to decide on things (only 4 months for new road bike, not bad hey) and I still wonder if I have made the right choice, but that's just me. Thank you anyway. Maybe I will see you on the roads sometime.
