Tried this, still no reply a week later.
I'm trying to book an appointment to have the painters come out and finish the job.
Spoke to the customer care manager on Tuesday 6th, she was supposed to email me.
Spoke to customer care reception on the following Tuesday, they'd pass the message on and somebody would email me.
Called again on Friday - they'd ring before the end of the day.
It's ridiculous!
