New KTM chain fitted & oiled. Was made to the same length as the old one.

The problem is when you put plenty of torque down on the peds it will sometimes slip a little. I know the chain is not worn in to the sprocket teeth, I've checked for stiff links but can't find any. Will this stop happening once it's bedded in? The sprocket teeth have a little bit of ware, It's only done a few thousand miles in a year at the most.

New cassette, and quickly too or your new chain will be useless too.
It isn't the miles you have done, it is the rain and grit you have encountered.

Sadly by the time a chain is quite worn, the sprockets have already become very worn because they rotate 6 or so complete revolutions for each full revolution of the chain. This often means that changing the chain can make the bike worse - rather than better. This is particularly likely in the gears you tend to ride in most. The solution is to change the rear cassette and in future change the chain sooner.

Time for a new cassette. As others have said the cassette is worn and the new chain will feel worse than the old one which had worn itself to the profile of the worn cassette.
