New frameset oppotunity

Doing a fair bit of overtime over the Christmas period and er in doors say I can upgrade my aging Giant OCR with a new frameset, (got new wheels for birthday and the groupset has very little wear) I fancy the Ribble 7046 Sportive curved but wondered if any of you lovely people had other suggestions around the £300 mark. I am not interested in cheap carbon as I am a bit of a Clydesdale as the americans would say.

The OP is looking for something round the 300 quid mark. Condor might supply the seat post clamp for that price, but not the frameset.

£750 for steel. I don't know if the £300 budget is that flexible, although mine would be!

Steel frames are made in very limited numbers these days because there is little demand for them.

Low production runs are what cost. Steel frames were cheap as chips when there was a mass market for them.
