I'd heard that, but forgot.

Seriously. Any activity helps rewire the brain and acquire or renew skills.

Puzzle game procrastinator!
My anti-virus complained about something on that webpage!

I find that up to a point (that point being when I get overtired and/or hungry and/or dehydrated) my mental faculties definitely improve with increasing levels of exercise, but eventually fall off a cliff!

I was defeated by a crossroads on an A-Road. The bonk hit me just short of it and I was so confused by the time I got to it that I couldn't figure out how to get across safely!

I had to retreat to a nearby supermarket for emergency refuelling supplies. 30 minutes later I was good to go.

Never mind all of that, where can I get one of these fitted (or a CD version would be even better). Does it have internal speakers so that you don't need earphones?

Remembering not to fall off is high on my list of improvements.
I write my address on the back of my hand.

Did actually make me think.
I cycle a lot alone around here in the lanes and back doubles.
Genius move a while ago I put my mobile number on a label on my helmet. Now realise if I fall off that will not be much use.
Suppose should put a sort of ICE contact on there.
