New to cleats - help

Mtb shoes and cleats are a good way of introducing yourself to clipless riding and much better for city riding / commuting.

Most makes of cycling shoes tend to be on the small side and it's usual to go 1 size up in euro sizes or 1/2 size up in UK sizes.

I use SPD on my trike. Tried them for over 2 years on road bike and mountain bike. Never really got on with them and ditched them in favour of flats. On the trike there is danger of leg suck so I use them there as any other fastening I have looked at either does not work or is downright ugly.
