Mine is built on a Condor Heritage frameset, with 8-speed transmission to keep costs down (Claris STI + Spa Cycles triple chainset). http://www.condorcycles.com/
I've seen at the bike show recently some very nice frames bearing the Holdsworth name, with very nice-looking lugwork. I think they were on the Planet-X stand.
I also looked at these - v e r y nice but even if I could have afforded it the build time lead-in when I was looking around was a tad too long for me http://www.bicycles-by-design.co.uk/brand/swallow-bespoke/
