Frenchman Robert Marchand has just covered 22.527kms in an hour at the age of 105 on January 4th 
At the end of the 60 minutes he said that his legs were not hurting but his arms were. Also he failed to see the last 10 minutes sign otherwise he could have gone faster!
What a legend. There is hope for all of us yet . He is an inspiration to all cyclists , young , old and older ones.
