Think my doctor won that award one year for their prostate exam technique.

Better than just getting a thumbs up.

Up until about a year ago me and doctors were rarely seen in the same room. (Just fine by me)
However I had an issue late last year, had a surgical procedure carried out and while that hasn't been perfect, it was pretty much back to usual.
So a month ago I had reason to begin using the surgery quite often. I have the NHS app, and Patches and they work ok even if a bit labyrinthine.
The organisation of the doctors practice and local services is shambolic. I could give a long description but its too boring and far to depressing to recall on a Sunday morning.
Headless chickens springs to mind. I'm looking for another surgery but how do I know if they are any good?
Frying pan and fire.

Mrs Colly, last night, looked up from her phone and said 'I don't remember having a doctors appointment for today. I missed it if I did. It was for 2.30 this afternoon.'
As she looked at the NHS app it became obvious something was amiss. A whole series of appointments were listed for the previous week. The times were listed, the doctor was named, 4 appointments for the same doctor 30 mins apart. 6 bogus appointments in all. One was for an evening appointment at 10.15.
She called in at the surgery this morning and spoke to someone who checked and said none of these were listed at all. A 'manager' would be informed.

Is this common or a one off?
