If you don't look left at a RAB anyway you're a fool. So many people don't look it's worth treating it as a normal junction.
I was on a mini RAB a few days go (in a car) and I was about to do a U turn when a plank in a Peugeot shot out of nowhere, didn't even slow down, never mind look. Very nearly T boned me but thankfully as I'd gone to turn I looked one last time.
That being said, if you are on a RAB and you get hit from the left = instant fault of the other driver. Proves he didn't look.

I'm dont know if I'm reading you correctly ST but you were both coming from one arm of the rbt to turn right to another and he came from the back of you and swerved across your path; even if you didn't observe properly yourself or swerved across his path (and I'm not saying you did/didn't) he still appears 100% to blame

As I thought - at B2/A2, you are directly in front of the car - not to the left.
Therefore the suggestion that he didn't see you because he didn't look left is surely incorrect?
I suppose he would argue where you actually were when he reached A2, though.

Thanks Matthew, I was thinking Contour Roam 2. I will just use in case of something happening, I wont be watching it mostly, just record and if nowt happens delete. Just gotta sell a Gore-Tex Mountain Equipment jacket on eBay (is anyone is interested)
