I think i've gone a bit OTT!!

It's really easy to do...all you need is a roll of Scotchlite tape and a bit of patience.

I've done a week in the rain and it does get a bit grimy but i give everything a wipe down with a babywipe after every other ride and it's all still shiny bright.

The problem is that you have made yourself very visible from the side view. But, most SMIDSY are from the front. Looks good though - just not sure if it will achieve the desired effect.

The problem is that you have made yourself very visible from the side view. But, most SMIDSY are from the front. Looks good though - just not sure if it will achieve the desired effect.

Don't know why making myself visible from the side is a problem...i would have thought it would be an advantage. Front is taken care of by a Hope Vision 1 and a cree torch on flash. The rear is sorted with 2 Blackburn Mars 3 lights. 1 static and one on chase or flash.

It's a bike with Scotchlite tape on the spokes and various other places looking all spangly in the dark.
