Here for rides.
Fixed gear bike. When pedalling there is a clicking noise, think like a Sturmey 3 speed, coming from the back of the bike. Seems to be once every wheel revolution. When bike is on work stand no noise. It is only occasionally noticeable when riding but following rider reports it is there constantly. Can't see or feel anything obviously wrong.

Any ideas?

Possibly a cracked, pitted or otherwise worn wheel bearing - it does not click on the stand because the bearing contact point is the top of the axle bearing cone, instead of the normal situation where the contact point is on the bottom.

Treat your fixed like the geared bikes...

I know it's hard, but its usually nothing more than a wipe the chain rings, sprocket and the chain gets some oil.

Check the pedals have a little lube if SPD.

Check chain ring bolts too.
