The car drivers who get me around here (as I cycle a lot ver early in the morning) , are the illegal cab driver's who go everywhere at exactly 35 mph in order to try and save fuel I think? They also cut in very close and always appear half asleep as they are not Policed, they have usualy been driving all night!

Have to back every one up on the school run mum's , one cut accross my bow in order to make a left hand turn and then went crashing up the kerb in her frenetic rush to get home!

I drive a small van as part of my job. Its liveried so even if I wanted to drive badly I couldn't. Things that irritate. The driver that sits in the outside lane of the motorway about level with my rear wheel and if i want to change lanes wont let me. Tourists on single lane roads, The day is beautiful driving conditions are perfect the limit is 60 and they are traveling at 40 with a mile of traffic behind them. The thing I am seeing more of these days which is both dangerous and irritating is artics on the motorways which change lanes without checking the lanes empty first, seen a lot of that this sumer.

I agree with both of these, and would add "people who allow me to get three quarters of the way past in my truck, then match my speed and sit next to the trailer wheels for miles and miles, leaving me hung out to dry in the middle lane." At least, they used to do that, until I discovered that they back off pretty quickly if I put the left indicator on and start to move over:smile:. The other thing that annoys me is, when I'm doing 60 and overtaking something in the middle lane with a clear lane to my right, why do some people come hammering up behind me and then sit on my bumper until I move back into the inside lane? Why not just go past me?

Oh it's skip lorrys for me. I regularly used to give a rude "hand signal" to one lorry that used to cut in far too early. I stopped using that route as I thought I was going to end up in a ditch some day.

Also buses that pull out when you are halfway through overtaking them when there were stopped to pick up passangers. Indicate/Don't indicate, pull out without looking. Thanks. ;)

Interesting what you say about buses! I am always very cautious of them, but generally find there driving is much better than HGV drivers ! Maybe the training for bus drivers here in London is much better?

Post Office vans. They speed around residential streets without any thought of anyone else. I actually faced one one a few weeks ago trying to drive the wrong way down a one way alley, he reversed then as soon as I'd passed.......you guess what happened next. The drivers must be on permormance related pay.

Never had a problem with the Subaru Impreza before, being a member of Scoobynet, I was moving out to turn right on Cheforf road and one overtook a line of traffic of the roundabout, I nearly dropped my load, he was close but I think he had seen me so most of it was the noise and alarm of the situation but it just seemed a bit aggressive.
