After my cycle and gym session this morning I had a glass of SIS REGO recovery, The only thing being I HATE Strawberry (or Chocolate drinks), So does anyone know of a protein drink that will do the same but isnt strawberry or Chocolate?

Valid but I need something I can drink at my desk really.

Just let the eggs ripen a bit and have a chicken leg instead.

I'm sure SIS do more flavours than strawberry and chocolate

Why not just get some whey powder and make your own drinks any flavour that you like?

I find the Hi Five recovery drink more palatable than the SIS Rego.
They do several that are NOT strawberry / chocolate.

lucozade sport recovery. It's "tropical", and only about a quid more than the rego one.

Well you can get it unflavoured from places like MyProtein.co.uk. It is slighty creamy when mixed with water but if you put something strong-tasting in it, then that's what it will taste of.

Very cheap Maltodextrin powder is also available from MyProtein.co.uk.

Whats wrong with milk ?
Actually, after a long ride I like a chocolate milk shake made with skimmed milk. When I remember to, I buy one the night before and leave it in the fridge so I have a cold one waiting for me as soon as I get home.

I've tried a couple of the Rego's in sachets. It's not to my taste either. I mixed them in a water bottle for ease and despite a good wash it tainted them for the next day.

Or get longers to buy me one at Leeds station... ;)
