Can you take aim and hit targets with it or is it just a little dribble?

Not normal but perfectly possible. In India I believe it's used as a trick to make people seem to cry tears of milk, meaning lots of folk give them cash. Why don't you try that?

I've started swallowing spinach for my green veg one a day thingy. The other day i tried to swallow too much. It somehow got up my nasal passage. I blew my nose, about a mouthful of the stuff came out.

You must have had a rubbish biology teacher. the Eustachian tubes connect the middle ear to the nasopharynx.

Back in the dark ages of cycling we were told to hold our nose and blow it to make the eye's water, helped with clearing the girt out of them. Never worked for me.
