Removed from sale - thanks for the interest, come to my senses!

I have decided to sell my Giant Defy Advanced 1 2016.

The bike hasn't turned a wheel in anger, never ridden just stored in my garage and dusted every now and again. It is absolutely perfect and as brand new as you can see from the pictures.

Also comes with a brand new Garmin Edge 25, a set of cheapish rechargeable LED lights off Amazon and a brand new pair of white Shimano PD-R540 pedals already fitted.

Price is £1200 collected, can travel up to sensible distances, or maybe meet half way, whatever suits.
See how the ad goes on here before giving fleabay a try.

The reason, several - work, personal, but mainly apathy! Would rather see the bike go to someone that will use it as intended.

Thanks for reading, any questions then please email neil.27@gmail.com

Neil.

And now the pictures:-

That is exactly what I paid for mine, however included is a brand new Garmin 25 - approx £95, a set of pedals - approx £30 and a set of cheapo lights - approx £10.
Prospective buyers may have these already, so I'm willing to negotiate on total price.
Thanks for the advice.
Neil.

Price is negotiable guys, so with the previous comment still ringing in my ears I've decided to drop the price for all the items to £1100.
I can split and sell the bike for slightly less if preferred if you already have these items, entirely up to the buyer.
Thanks for reading.

Still no offers, even silly ones??? ^_^
Would welcome feedback on the price, maybe sell bike separately and put extras onto eBay?
Comments welcome guys.
Thanks,
Neil.

You are looking to sell a 2nd hand bike for £80 cheaper than RRP - that's your feedback.

If it was me I'd be happy with a high three figures.

Stick it on eBay, build the 10% fees into the BIN price
Price at a grand but I fear you'll be lucky to get £900 probably
Sell the accessories separately

When you buy a new bike you pay 20% vat (£256 in your case).
You don't pay vat on second hand private sales, but the buyer doesn't get the warranty and the shop support.
Personally I think you'd get around £700 - 850 max for the bike (and then fees to pay if on eBay), and for the accessories:
£55 for the garmin
£10 for the pedals (extra fiver with the cleats if new)
£1-5 for the lights

Keep it and ride it would be my choice

Appreciate what your saying mate, but at your lowest expected price of £700 that would be around a £600 drop in price for what is essentially a brand new, (albeit second hand, never ridden) road bike.

I think keep it and ride it is a strong choice if that is all I can expect.

Thanks for the response anyways.
Cheers,
Neil.

@Neil27
I didn't mean to offend at all, but from looking at others that have sold I would be surprised if you got much more.
I'd definitely recommend keeping it and enjoying it
