Wanted to warn anyone cycling on the cycle path from Clifton Bridge past the end of the Queens Drive Park and ride site that following the floods and cold weather there is a sheet of ice covering the whole of the cycle path.
One chap that I was following this morning very nearly went down and even walking across the ice pushing my bike I nearlly went down. As the approach from Clifton Bridge end is down hill it would be VERY easy to hit it and go down hard.
