A delivery service with a pick-up and drop-off location such as your local Spa shop, rather than your house. You select your local location, then your item gets delivered there, you go to collect it. Or you drop an item off, they collect it from the location and take it elsewhere. More and more sites use it for free returns, eg. Wiggle and CRC. Item no good, no problem, stick the Collect+ sticker provided in the package on the box then drop it off at your local Spa or wherever. Your money is then back in your account a couple of days later.

In between here and there
As the HDNL Hermes, they have been flooded with people coming from RM.

Collect+ is the main reason I buy clothing from Wiggle, free returns.

There's a petrol station down the road from me with a load of lockers outside, all different sizes. I don't know who runs it, never stopped to have a look, but I'm guessing you turn up with a unique code, enter it, and your locker opens with your parcel inside. Anyone know anything about it?
Amazon do that. There's one at our Co-op.
That would be quite an attractive delivery option to me, as I guess it's open 24/7. Shame though as I'm not buying from Amazon again until I see some evidence that they're paying UK tax properly and fairly.

Yeah, I was wondering about that the other day. I sent a brooks saddle through Collect+ and it cost me £9. I was sure that it was cheaper before. For the second parcel, a stem, I checked RM website and it was actually cheaper than Collect+. I also got a quote for the parcel I had already committed to send with Collect+ and it turned out that RM would have charged me just under £8
