There's a cut through that I occasionally take on the way to/from a local country park which has a bit of a reputation (been in the local press before you ask). Always a few cars parked up with what appear to be nervous glances as I cycle by.

How did you reduce the wind noise?

I'm using the GoPro case with enclosed rear. I'm also using the Chest strat with camera folded close too my chest. Some tissue pressed into the buckles to stop tapping. Not great but it helps.

It always surprises me when cars push into a narrowing without thinking how they and the thing coming the opposite way are going to get out! That looks a narrow lane for that much traffic.

Yes, selfishness I think. No forethought/consideration. The traffic was increased due to a big accident on a local duel carriage way.

Good going, I’ve never enjoyed driving down that lane – gets the car filthy and the occasional wing mirror swipe with another vehicle. Useful cut through for a cyclist, but not so great for all the commuters. Zooming through morning traffic clog ups is always a great way to start the day!

I drive down there all the time mate. If people slowed and gave way once in a while it wouldn't be all that bad. A bit more consideration is whats required.
