Didn't hear or see any fireworks, but I was keeping a close eye on a selection of fine malts which seemed more important at the time.
The tv was better than usual with Messrs Cunningham and Bain making music followed by a live concert from Kilmallie Hall.
Had hoped to get out for bit of first footing today, but heavy rain stopped play, I wouldn't want to have got my bike wet
