Officially middle aged

Well having reached the half century, I suppose there's now no chance of being designated anything but middle aged, even if 50 is the new 40.
Still, I didn't wake up this morning with a overwhelming urge to grow a beard, wear socks with my sandles and join the CTC so maybe there's life in the old dog yet!

Congrats! Life started getting better at 40 for me and it goes on getting better and better. Only ten years left until I retire and then I'll be able to cycle as much as I like, assuming I've still got my marbles.
