I am checking whether i am in danger from infections due to my immune system being damaged through lymphoma.Well sadly i am at risk,mind you i do wear a mask on the bus.Why i have checked is because the father in law aged 94 is coughing and sneezing all over the house,so it seems i still have to be careful,as i am still at risk,but no time limit was shown.But whilst reading it says treatment can cause lung problems and it is advised not to go scuba diving,well blow me,that is one of my favourite pass times,i think not.Another side effect of treatment.

I think you'll be wise not to go to places with high numbers of people over the winter period.

IIRC the ‘infectious’ phase starts before the ‘symptomatic’ phase. So in this instance you could have already been unknowingly exposed :-( Probably an idea to stay away from kids, and take steps to bolster your immune system. Good luck!

Well i am back from a fantastic free morning/afternoon with my two cycling buddies.A fine Christmas dinner at a Garden Centre with a super hot dark fudge pudding with strawberries and cream,two lattes and over two hours of laughter and fun,to take me away from care duties.I have made a promise to ride with them in 2026.

Unless its one of the posh ones a mask wont protect you, it simply reduces the chances slightly of you infecting others.

Just mind where you go, wash your hands and get whatever jabs you can!
