Well,

It was going to happen some time......

Forgot my grundies today.....

Opened my rucksack, pulled my stuff out...erm..whats this...? that's a T-shirt ............one of my wife's T-shirts had obviously landed in my grundie drawer, and being early I'd picked that up instead of boxers.. Bugger.

As I've got meetings later, decided I'd better put my MTB Baggies on (not padded as I've gor bib shorts instead for that....)

My other 'wardrobe malfunction' was a few weeks back - decided to cycle to a Management Meeting on another site - got there and realised I'd not packed my shoes....argh.... did admit it to some of the staff as I got there, had a laugh... but then a 'fellow cyclist' decided he's make sure the whole meeting knew....;)....brightly coloured MTB shoes don't go with suit trousers.

I know we've done this thread before, but anyone else had any mishaps recently.....

I tend to agree with Ellis Boyd Redding - seriously, how often do you really look at a mans shoes?

Don't mention it, and you'll get away with it.

When I was at college, a friend handcuffed me for a prank. I went off to my next lecture, and nobody said a thing. I just carried on as if it was normal, and no one gave me any funny looks or muttered anything. I mentioned it to a couple of classmates a few weeks later, and they said they didn't think anything of it.

The funny thing was, it was a psychology lecture.

That explains why no-one spotted it Kaipath! zzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

I forgot my shoes today. Actually I forgot that I'd taken them home yesterday so now sitting in socks. Och.

This seems to happen more and more often with me. Haven't had to buy a pair of Tesco Cherokee breeks in a few weeks though.

I've got a weeks worth of undies and socks, plain white shirt and suit trousers in my bottom desk drawer.

I bring in a new pair of trousers and set of underwear every week, before the supply is exhausted (so if I forget one day, I've a little leeway).
I'll also bring in a new pair of trousers each week.

I bring in a new shirt each day - the white shirt is my emergeny shirt and is white so it'll go with any pair of trousers.

I started doing this after I cycled in wearing baggies in the rain, didn't have a change of underwear, and my boxers didn't dry out all day. Wet patches soaking through suit trousers is not an attractive look ;).

Been working well so far ... but it's bound to fail now I've said that.

I always pack my stuff the night before. If I left it until the morning gawd knows what I'd pack ;)

I did once forget my trousers once when i worked in town. No problem, just
waited till M&S opened.

My most embarrassing moment came when I forgot about an early morning meeting with a client. I just sat there with the sweat pouring off me

I always leave spare undies and socks at work. Thought you'd've known about that trick, Fossy, man of your experience...

Dreading forgetting to bring the change of clothes in for work with nothing but sweaty t-shirt and shorts on. It'll happen sooner or later. Forget my security pass every few months, so it'll happen.

Spare grundies might be the answer.....in the desk .....

Keep shoes at work, bring in new trousers every week, and they stay there, just undies/socks and shirts which travel.....

Thank goodness the roads were just 'damp' today !

Indeed, that's exactly the system I use. I aslo try to keep 2 towels at work, one in use and a clean one in the drawer.
