Looks like another sunny day in paradise..erm...ok..well a sunny day anyway...think I will fix my inner tubes and take a walk along the beach maybe....

Up early - Already been to ASDA. Chilling for a couple of hours then need to check the bike over properly then back to bed for 2 or 3 hours this afternoon. Out at 5:15pm to meet the other CC'ers doing the Dunwich Dynamo Tonight! A bit scared I might not make it (will be 120+ miles for me including the ride to the start...)

Trying to persuade my inactive teenager that we could cycle to the shops to look for some new clothes for her. She seems to be hearing the word bike more than the word shop she would rather do everything on-line.

I'd be itching to get out on a 100 miler had I got the time today. Wanting to see what the road bike's like on a long flat run, not done one yet, only hilly ones.

today I shall mostly be eating! BBQ at lunch and then a food festival this evening... maybe even a beer!

5 miles work and back this morning.

TDF on telly later, 22mile round trip ride to a mate's BBQ tonight.

If I can get a pass, I might do a cheeky hour on the bike about dinner time in the sun.

Joing others on the Dunwich Dynamo so just chilling for most of the day. Doubt I will get the chance for a kip before so will have to see if I can get some shut eye on the train to London.

housework for a couple of hours, then i'll be fettling bikes for the rest of the day and making sure I put my fifteen mm spanner in my tool kit to save another 3 mile walk in the rain.


Then going to see this with friends tomorrow. The organiser is the chap behind Acid Brass so it should be interesting.

Just washed the car and did a bit of weeding, I am now by the window as excited as a six year old on Christmas eve because the van with my sparkling new Ribble Sportive might well turn up today.

All this talk of the Dunwich is giving me itchy extremities , and a desire to eat pasta , which would be misplaced as I am not doing the run this year
