I have an old peugeot road bike from the 80s does anyone know where i could buy tyres and tubes for such an old bike?

If it has tyres on it now, then check the size, it will either be 700x23/25/28 or 27x 1 1/4 or similar, width depending on whether it is a race or touring frame. Buy the same size and tubes in same size too.
Arguably best option if you want period looking amber wall tyres is panaracer pasela's which come in both 700c and 27" sizes. Google is your friend.

I'd second the recommendation for panaracer paselas - I have them on my 60s racer and they not only look great, but ride very nicely and have only had the one p*ncture in 3,000 miles or so.

At one part it says 28 x 15 (8) x ithink 1 16 and on another part between 700 x 250

Its a peugeot lautaret
