I'm raising the bar for morning distance. I'd been doing 30/40/50 milers and wanted something that little bit more special. I set off at 05:00 and yeah I had a few hours off work to do it. Already planning on beating that though so the bar will be raised again.

Not this morning, but yesterday afternoon I saw a Reliant Robin that had been rolled at a junction.

Why anyone would strap an engine to a trike is beyond me!

I saw the OP of the thread @Phill Woods pull off a classic clipped in moment as he came to a halt at a 4-way junction- completely hit the deck.

Fortunately only about a dozen cars and lorries and all of their passengers saw what happened and many more noticed based on my sympathetic clapping.

Just after that....i saw a police car with a policeman stood next to it....didn't think anything of it but as i turned the corner found a tree in the road. Thanks for the warning officer!!!!!!

A female passenger in a parked car, possibly looking/ reaching (repeatedly) for some item she presumably dropped in the driver's footwell. Driver didn't seem too interested in helping as he was laid back apparently half asleep. Still at it a few minutes later so must have failed in her endeavours.
