...I interviewed a guy for a teaching job whilst climbing one of the bigger new forest lumps.

It went so well I'm seriously considering setting up a turbo trainer and making candidates do 10 minute intervals as part of the process. You get a very honest version of their repertoire when theyre in threshold heart rate zones!!

He's got to come in and do a formal interview as well with me, but I'm very positive about it so far!
