In all honesty I used to run daily and never stretch, and now ride daily and never stretch. I'm pain and injury free normally, so, I don't think that stretching is the issue.
How much too low? That figure should pretty much be a given. About 15mm more than that figure and your leg will be locking out which would obviously cause anyone issues.Cheers guys. The 0.8xxx method has always been way too low for me. I did raise it slightly a few weeks ago, thinking about it. Before I moved the seat backwards. I'll have a 'proper' look in the morning.
I used to preach this during my running days.I've never stretched, never had leg pain, never had any ongoing musclar issues. Stretching is bollocks (IMO). Others may disagree.
I can't remember the exact number, but I remember it being very different from the heel method. How much too low? That figure should pretty much be a given. About 15mm more than that figure and your leg will be locking out which would obviously cause anyone issues.
+1 with similar anecdotal evidence.I've never stretched, never had leg pain, never had any ongoing musclar issues. Stretching is bollocks (IMO). Others may disagree.
