Online mapping of Cyprus?

I want to put together a CrazyGuyOnABike write-up of a tour Mrs Uncle Phil and I did in Cyprus a couple of years back, and I want to include maps.

I don't own any digital mapping of Cyprus, so I was going to use some online tool to produce them.

Trouble is, I haven't yet found an online map that has any data for Cyprus. Google Maps and Google Earth, for example, both acknowledge that it exists, and have aerial or satellite photography, but neither will admit that there might be any roads in Cyprus.

There are, I've seen them!

Does anyone know of an online mapping tool that knows about Cyprus? Or will I be reduced to scanning in my airport tourist map?

Oh, and while we're at it, same question for Mombasa area, Kenya.

(Google admits that there are roads there, but doesn't agree with me on where exactly they are).

Hmm. Fairly obviously a scanned paper map!

Thanks, but not quite the Google Earth style fancy mapping tool I had in mind...

You probably won't find a Google Earth type one because of all the Sovereign Based Areas over on the island.
