I was right about that saddle
My chain jumped off the outer jockey wheel last week - it had never done that before and I was a bit confused to the cause.

So, after a proper clean I noticed that it was "slightly" worn. Suffice to say - check your jockey wheels after a few thousand miles!

Whaaaat. Wipe mine clean every time I oil and wipe my chain - that's every ride on the MTB, and was at least once a week in dry weather on a road bike. Running them filthy causes the wear as I've only ever worn jockey wheels on my MTB, but they look nothing like that when I replace them.

More regular maintenance, young Jedi, you need.
